After completing all requirements, the pleasure marine craft driving license shall be renewed through one single stage.

4. Original Copy of medical fitness certificate issued by DMCA certified medical centres. Application form.
5. Original renewed copy of expired competency certificate.
6. Original DMCA marine craft driving license.

Upon receiving and reviewing all the required documents, the pleasure marine craft driving license shall be issued for two years as of date of issue, and will be renewable for a similar period.

After completing all requirements, the commercial marine craft driving license shall be renewed through one single stage.

3. Original Emirates ID card and passport copy for UAE nationals, or original Emirates ID card and copy   of passport and valid residence visa for expatriates.

5. Original copy of valid good conduct certificate issued by Dubai Police General Headquarters.
6. NOC from sponsor if applicant is expatriate.
7. Original DMCA marine craft driving license.
8. Original renewed copy of expired competency certificate.

Abra (Abbar) Driving License Renewal

After completing all requirements, the Abra driving license shall be renewed through one single stage.

Required Documents

1. Filling the marine crew licensing application form.
2. One recent personal photograph with white-colour background.
3. Original Emirates ID card and passport copy for UAE nationals, or original Emirates ID card and copy   of passport and valid residence visa for expatriates.
4. NOC from sponsor if applicant is expatriate.
5. Copy of Emirates ID card for Abra owner.
6. Copy of Abra license on which the applicant will work.
7. Original copy of valid good conduct certificate issued by Dubai Police General Headquarters.
8. Original Copy of medical fitness certificate issued by DMCA certified medical centres. Application form.
9. Original DMCA marine craft driving license.

Upon receiving and reviewing all the required documents, the Abra driving license shall be issued for three years as of date of issue, and will be renewable for a similar period once all requirements are made available.

Traditional Marine Craft Driving License Renewal

After completing all requirements, the traditional marine craft driving license shall be renewed through one single stage.

Required Documents

1. Filling the marine crew licensing application form.
2. One recent personal photograph with white-colour background.
3. Original Emirates ID card and passport copy for UAE nationals, or original Emirates ID card and copy   of passport and valid residence visa for expatriates.
4. Original Copy of medical fitness certificate issued by DMCA certified medical centres. Application form.
5. Original copy of valid good conduct certificate issued by Dubai Police General Headquarters
6. NOC from sponsor if applicant is expatriate.
7. Original renewed copy of expired competency certificate.
8. Original DMCA marine craft driving license.

Upon receiving and reviewing all the required documents, the traditional marine craft (floating Restaurant) driving license shall be issued for three years as of date of issue.

After completing all requirements, the fishing marine craft driving license shall be renewed through one single stage.

Required Documents

1. Filling the marine crew licensing application form.
2. One recent personal photograph with white-colour background.
3. Original Emirates ID card and passport copy for UAE nationals.
4. Original skipper or deputy skipper valid license issued by Ministry of Environment and Water.
5. Copy of valid membership certificate of Dubai Fishermen Co-op Association.
6. Original Copy of medical fitness certificate issued by DMCA certified medical centres. (Eye test)
7. Original DMCA marine craft driving license.

Upon receiving and reviewing all the required documents, the fishing marine craft driving license shall be issued for three years as of date of issue and will be renewable for a similar period.

After completing all requirements, the marine boat driving license shall be renewed through one single stage.

Required Documents

1. Filling the marine crew licensing application form.
2. One recent personal photograph with white-colour background.
3. Request letter from an official authority.
4. Original Emirates ID card and passport copy for UAE nationals, or original Emirates ID card and copy of passport and valid residence visa for expatriates.
5. Original Copy of medical fitness certificate issued by DMCA certified medical centres. Application form.
6. Original renewed copy of expired competency certificate.
7. Original DMCA marine craft driving license.

Upon receiving and reviewing all the required documents, the marine boat driving license shall be issued for three years as of date of issue and will be renewable for a similar period.

The customer shall apply for permit renewal within one month as of permit expiry date.

Required Documents:

1. Filling the marine crew licensing application form.
2. One recent personal photograph with white-colour background.
3. Original Emirates ID card and passport copy for UAE nationals, or original Emirates ID card and copy   of passport and valid residence visa for expatriates provided that the applicant shall not be less than (20) years old.
4. Original Copy of medical fitness certificate issued by DMCA certified medical centres. Application form.
5. Original copy of valid good conduct certificate issued by Dubai Police General Headquarters
6. NOC from sponsor if applicant is expatriate.
7. Original renewed copy of competency certificate.
8. Original DMCA permit.

Marine Permit Renewal

The customer shall apply for permits renewal in no more than one month as of the date of permit expiry.
